Akami the Wicked

My name is Juan Panyella. Ever since I can remember I have been interested in history and ancient art.. In my travels I came in contact with native shamans and heard their stories about water creatures, flying serpents and fire horses. All of that inspired me to start working with wood and giving form to it. Further European mythology, from cultures that lived in close contact with nature like old Norse people, is for me a constant source of inspiration.
